THE EVENT PROCESS

1 - Enquiry
We can’t provide you with fixed prices as we offer a 100% customisable service. For any enquiries about your Baby Shower, please fill out the form, and we will get back to you within 2 business day to schedule our first consultation call.

2 - Let’s Meet
The 30-minute call primarily serves to gather the information needed to understand your specific needs and preferences, and to provide you with an accurate quote.
It also allows us to see if we click and if Baby-Chella can meet your expectations in terms of your desires and budget, as well as to ensure that you feel comfortable with us and our approach. It's important for us to build a connection with the mom-to-be to create something truly personalised and to earn her complete trust. At Baby-Chella we believe organising a baby shower is more than just setting up decorations—it's about creating a moment, capturing an energy, and evoking an emotion.

3 - Initial Quote
We will get back to you within 2 business day after our call to provide you with an initial quote. Please note that this quote is not final and serves as a preliminary estimate to give you an idea of the costs involved based on your desires and expectations. It may vary slightly, depending on the decisions we make later on as we delve into the details of preparing the baby shower. Factors such as changes in the number of guests, additions or removals of add-ons, and adjustments to the setup size may affect the final quote. - If you have a maximum budget to respect, we will tailor our work to ensure that we stay within that budget.

4 - Validation
The initial quote can be adjusted if needed before we proceed further. Once we agree on this initial quote and budget, and we agree on a date, we will then ask you to sign a document acknowledging your understanding of our Terms and Conditions.

5 - Deposit
Baby Chella requires a 33% non-refundable deposit (based on the initial quote) to secure and confirm the booking and before proceeding to any more work. Once we receive the deposit, we can secure any third-party suppliers, start planning and ordering your baby shower decorations.

6 - Creation
We'll schedule another meeting to delve into more specifics details, allowing me to tailor a unique and fitting proposal for you. Then, Baby-Chella will start crafting and organising everything for your special day. We’ll send you briefs, plans, show you inspirations photos, and stay in touch for all questions/adjustements etc.

Some moms-to-be prefer to be surprised, so I don't reveal anything, while others prefer to confirm everything with me. No problem, once again I work hand in hand with you and adapt to your preferences!

7 - Final Quote
The final quote will be sent 10 working days prior to the baby shower. We will add or remove any fees incurred due to preparations and changes made since the initial quote.

Any changes to the design or setup, or requests for additional design services, can be refused if made less than 10 working days before the event. If you wish to make changes within 10 days before the baby shower, Baby Chella reserves the right to accept or decline them. If any additions are requested and accepted, they will be charged separately on a new quote and must be paid within 48 hours.

8 - Final Payment
The full payment of the order must be paid to Baby-Chella no later than 7 working days prior to the baby shower.
The remaining balance includes the outstanding amount from the initial quote and any additional fees added to the final quote. If the final quote is lower than the initial quote, the difference between the deposit and the final quote will need to be paid.

9 - Photo Usage Agreement
When photos are taken at your baby shower by us or our designated photographer, both Baby-Chella and the client will sign a photo usage agreement. This agreement outlines the terms under which the photos may be used by Baby-Chella for marketing, promotional, and portfolio purposes. The document ensures that both parties are aware of and consent to the intended use of the images. This agreement protects the client's privacy while allowing Baby Chella to showcase its work. THE PLANNING PROCESS

1 - Your Baby Shower Ideas
You can send us inspiration photos to show us what you like or want. Pinterest is a great place where you can find ideas. Don’t worry if you’re unsure; once we start talking you through some baby shower ideas, something will usually stand out as what you prefer. We can also send you some inspiration photos for you to tell us what you like or dislike, helping us understand the direction to take. Once we have your preferred theme, colors, etc., you can either continue working with us or leave it to us to surprise you on the day of the event.

2 - Venue
We always work with the location and space to achieve the best result; we consider the space to create a harmonious setup, rather than thinking of decor elements independently and without context. Therefore, the venue must be confirmed quickly for us to plan exactly where all the decor will be placed and if we need to account for weather constraints if the location is outdoors (beyond rain, we need to consider possible wind). Once the venue is determined, we will visit the site to take photos, measure dimensions, and assess the location so we can start working, imagining our decor based on the specific location and space.

If it's an outdoor venue, clients are strongly advised to always have a backup venue in place in case of rain, ensuring the event can still take place.


The choice of venue is completely up to you, and we will adapt to your preference. You can host the event at your home, a friend's place, or in a park. These are easy and free options. If you prefer a specific venue, perhaps you already have a place in mind that just needs to be reserved. You can handle the reservation, or I can do it for you at no additional cost. If you want a venue but still need to find one, we know that researching to find the perfect venue can be easy or sound like fun for some, but in reality, it can take hours of searching websites, contacting venues, negotiating, and more. We can assist you and do the work for you for a fee, which will be determined based on the complexity of the task.

Please note that all venue rental fees are your responsibility and must be paid directly by you. We do not take responsibility for making venue reservations.

3 - Setup
The duration of the setup depends on the size and amount of work required. It also depends on the location; if it's outdoors, in a public place, or at a venue, we can only start on the same morning. If it's in a private location, we can start the day before to allow more time. We will agree on the setup times and days well in advance so we can all get organised. You don't have to worry about anything; we will come to set up everything and will ensure that you are happy with how it looks before we leave. (unless you want the surprise!)

4 - Baby Shower
We do not impose a time limit on your event, as long as it takes place within a single day. Our pricing remains the same whether your event lasts a couple of hours or a full day. We just need to plan the setup and pack-down accordingly in advance.

5 - Pack Down
Depending on the location and the duration of your baby shower, we will return to pack down the decorations and collect everything either at the end of the day or the following day. We will agree on the pack down times and days well in advance so we can all get organised. We will take care of cleaning the dishes and containers (if applicable).

The only decorative items you may keep are the signage that was specifically made for you. Everything else belongs to Baby-Chella and is for rental only, unless prior arrangements have been made and you have paid the net price for any purchased decorations.

6 - Feedback & Review
We kindly ask each of our clients to give us a feedback; it’s important for us to know what worked well and what could be improved. Every baby shower and client is unique, so your feedback help us enhance our service and ensure a great experience for everyone.
