Founder of Flo Viennoiserie
Florian studied pastry in France and worked as a pastry chef and chocolate maker for a few years in Monaco, Paris, and Amiens before moving to Australia.
While working as a chocolate maker at Chocogram - a Premium Belgian Chocolate shop - this talented pastry chef decided to bring a taste of France to Sydney. He opened his business in April 2018, launching Flo Viennoiserie with the skills acquired during more than 10 years in France, initially offering just two products: croissants and pain au chocolat.
Since then, with the assistance of his partner Mai, he has developed a range of traditional French pastries, cakes, tarts, and mini savories. Together, they continually innovate and refine their culinary creations to offer the best experience possible at your life's special moments.
With over 16 years of experience as a pastry chef, Florian has earned renown in Sydney, particularly within the French community, but also among many Australians who love his pastries.

Since Florian is a chocolate maker, he can also create specially decorated chocolates for your baby shower. Think of adorable baby-themed designs like bottles, booties, rattles, and teddy bears, crafted right onto the chocolates. An alphabet is also available to write any message you desire. For this personalized touch, contact us to discuss the details, and we'll provide you with style options and a quote.

Prices vary based on the type and size of the cake, ranging from $50 to $300. Let us know what you want, and we’ll provide you with a specific quote.

Delivery is included within the Sydney area (12km around Botany). We will deliver on the morning of your baby shower (time to be determined together). We can go further, but a delivery fee will be charged (price determined based on distance).

We require 5 days notices for any cancellations, refund won’t be available after that time, store credit may be issue depending of the cost engaged with your order and at our discretion.
